Week 154: November 23-29, 2008

Warren would not let me take a picture of him while we were shopping at Sam's Club.


We went for another train ride on Saturday. Here the ride was over and we got to take a picture with Santa.


He knows how to strike a pose and melt his Mommy's heart.

Warren, Monte, Mom, and Dad all sit with Santa. The boys were too afraid to sit by themselves, so we went with them.

Warren and Monte liked watching the train go by while waiting in line to see Santa. We went to the mall on Saturday morning at 8 to get our Christmas pictures taken and it was not crowed at all.


Mommy was on the computer and she noticed Warren was quiet while watching his "monkey show", AKA Curious George. When she came to see what he was doing, this is what she found; Warren had hijacked her hidden stash of mint chocolate kisses, his face was covered in chocolate, candy wrappers everywhere, and a smile she couldn't be mad at.


On Thanksgiving, Warren played with Playdoh with Grandma Susie and Monte.

We got out his monkey suit to make sure that it still fits...Daddy also had on his Man in the Yellow Hat costume, but we don't want to ruin the surprise for the party, so you will all have to wait. Warren is definitely excited to see all of his family and friends.


Warren and Mommy snuggle on the couch before bed...Shh, don't tell Monte. We trick Monte into going to bed when we all read books as a family. Monte thinks Warren is going to bed, so then Monte goes to bed. Instead of sleepy time, Warren goes downstairs for some snuggle time and to watch a show before bed.


Warren and Mommy take a nap together at Mum-Mum's house on Sunday. Turkey made us ALL take a 4 hour nap!

Week 153: November 16-22, 2008

This was the first year that Warren liked seeing Santa Claus...


Warren had a fun time on his first train ride on Saturday. You can see the look of wonder and excitement in his eyes. The train was an hour round trip. On the train, he got a treat bag, he saw Santa, and he heard Christmas Carolers singing.

This was the first year Warren did not cry when he saw a man dressed up like Santa. Maybe it had something to do with the fact he got a treat from him.

Week 152: November 9-15, 2008

Warren wanted Mommy to "tarry" him. We went for a walk by the creek and somebody couldn't handle the long walk.

Week 151: November 2-8, 2008

Week 150: October 26-November 1
